Peter Tran

Peter was an early-stage investor in Qi, later joining in September 2016.
Peter has a 25-year career in banking, relating to derivatives trading and broking, starting his career at Merrill Lynch in 1987 before going on to work for Tullett & Tokyo, and BGC partners.
In these roles, he has had the responsibility of building new businesses and desks in London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore, covering many derivatives markets.
Since retiring from the city in 2014, he has pursued his entrepreneurial spirit, investing his own money, advising and helping his portfolio companies to scale.
